We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal information from users of the App.

The App does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

Information Stored on Your Device

Some information may be stored locally on your device to make the App work properly and provide a better experience. This may include: app preferences and settings; selected sounds; favorites; recently played sounds; sleep timer settings; premium-related local status needed to display available features; and personal recordings, if you choose to create them in the App.

This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us or to third parties by the App.

You can delete locally stored information by changing settings in the App, deleting personal recordings, or uninstalling the App from your device.

Personal Recordings

If the App allows you to create personal recordings, such recordings are stored locally on your device.

We do not have access to your recordings. Recordings are not uploaded to our servers and are not shared with third parties by the App.

You are responsible for managing and deleting your recordings from your device.

Purchases and Subscriptions

YOOKLA Sleep may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

Apple may process information related to your purchase, subscription status, billing, refunds, and App Store account according to Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.

The App may use Apple’s StoreKit framework to check your subscription status and unlock premium features.

Analytics and Tracking

The App does not use third-party advertising tracking.

The App does not sell user data.

The App does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

If Apple provides aggregated App Store analytics or crash reports to developers, such information is handled by Apple and does not allow us to personally identify individual users.

Third-Party Services

The App may use Apple system services and frameworks required for normal app functionality, such as audio playback, local storage, StoreKit, and App Store purchases.

We do not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs in the App unless this Privacy Policy is updated to describe such services.

Children’s Privacy

YOOKLA Sleep may be used by parents or caregivers to help create a calm sleep environment.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require children to provide personal data.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can review the situation.

Data Security

Because the App stores information locally on your device, the security of that information depends in part on the security of your device.

We recommend keeping your device updated and protected with a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or other available security features.

Your Choices

You can control your information by deleting personal recordings in the App, if this feature is available; removing favorites or app preferences where supported; uninstalling the App to remove locally stored app data from your device; and managing or canceling subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
