These Subscription Terms explain how subscriptions and premium features work in YOOKLA Sleep (the “App”). These Subscription Terms are part of and should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. YOOKLA Sleep Premium
YOOKLA Sleep may offer optional premium features through an auto-renewable subscription or other in-app purchases.
Premium features may include, depending on the version of the App: access to all sounds; custom sleep timer options; gentle fade-out; personal recordings; additional calming audio features; and other premium features shown inside the App.
The exact premium features available to you are shown inside the App before purchase.
2. Subscription Purchase
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s App Store using your Apple ID.
We do not process payments directly and we do not collect or store your payment card information.
When you purchase a subscription, Apple may process payment, billing, subscription status, refunds, and related account information according to Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.
3. Auto-Renewal
YOOKLA Sleep subscriptions may be auto-renewable.
This means that your subscription automatically renews at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
The subscription period, price, and renewal terms are shown in the App and confirmed by Apple before you complete the purchase.
4. Billing
The subscription price is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless it is cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
Apple handles billing and may apply taxes depending on your country or region.
5. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
To manage your subscription: open the Settings app on your device; tap your Apple ID name; tap Subscriptions; select YOOKLA Sleep; then manage or cancel your subscription.
If you cancel your subscription, you will usually continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current paid subscription period.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel the subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
6. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
YOOKLA Sleep may offer free trials, introductory pricing, or promotional offers.
The availability and terms of any free trial or offer will be shown in the App before purchase.
If a free trial is offered, it may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends, as shown during the purchase process.
7. Price Changes
Subscription prices may change from time to time.
If the price of your subscription changes, Apple may notify you or ask for your consent where required by applicable law or App Store rules.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies and applicable law.
We do not directly process App Store refunds.
If you would like to request a refund, please use Apple’s official refund process.
9. Restoring Purchases
If you have an active subscription but premium features are not available in the App, you may use the “Restore Purchases” option in the App, if available.
Restoring purchases checks your subscription status through Apple’s StoreKit system.
10. Changes to Premium Features
We may add, remove, modify, or improve premium features over time.
We will try to avoid changes that materially reduce the value of an active subscription. However, some features may change due to technical, legal, business, or platform requirements.
11. No Medical or Sleep Guarantee
YOOKLA Sleep is designed for relaxation, sleep support, and general wellbeing.
A subscription does not guarantee better sleep, improved health, or any specific result.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
